Soulmates Lee-Anne Wiseman

It seems that as we walk down the path of life, we hope that we will not end up making the journey alone.

Surrounded by friends, and loved ones, many of us still seek to find that person who fills more than just a place in our life… they fill in a piece of us.

Although no one can complete you, there are others who are meant to complement us… another being whose soul shares light with ours, like 2 beautiful shades which mingle together and create a stunning portrait.

That is a soulmate.

A soulmate is a permanent guide for our spirits, they are partners with us as we travel through our many lives and lessons. They are not meant to complete us, instead they help us to see that we are whole with or without them. Together soulmates encourage and challenge each other, constantly aiding our internal spirits to grow.

The souls are connected, they have woven a web of experiences that join them, and even when we are not with our soulmate, we can feel them within, close to our hearts.

Contrary to popular belief… Not every life will we find a soulmate in the form of lover, physical partner or spouse. They are not always meant to be a romantic connection for us.

Why… When we plan our lives, we decide what role will be best for our spirit’s growth, what support we will need. It is that role that soulmates will agree to perform. Your soulmate could be a friend, your brother, wife or even your spiritual guide. But they are always there with you.

The physical meeting… When 2 soulmates meet in the physical, it is similar to a home coming… you feel that recognition and love deep within your spirit… and know that this is a person you’ve always had beside you, even if not in physical form.

Sharing the same dreams... feeling each others emotions from a distance... sensing when the other is in need... these are all common among soulmates. It is more than just sharing the same likes and dislikes, it is an instant connection that feels like it has always existed.
