Your first choice of training
A Wonderfully Rewarding Career

Obtain a Practitioner's Qualification

Most of the massage courses out there focus over 50% of their instruction time on personal introductions and excessively learning and drilling on anatomy and physiological. Completing a simple Anatomy colouring book at home could easily and inexpensively cover the same information.

Because we design our massage training to be practical, hands-on and individualized, you will start massaging right from the very beginning. This affords you the opportunity to develop your sense of touch very quickly.

We do not say that it is not important to learn your anatomy and physiology at some stage in your career ... all the opposite we encourage our students to enrol into a level 3 Diploma on A&P and as you can see in order to obtain our master diploma you must complete such qualification. But we will not force our students our courses

Joint us to a 1 day Practitioner Certificate course or enrol into our Holistic Diploma Courses. These are ideal whether you are looking to expand your own expertise in the holistic world or you are just starting out.

You can be sure that when you learn with IHTU you will be supported by an experienced and knowledgeable tutors at every stage of your journey with us.

Small student groups, the friendly and relaxed teaching style of an experienced tutor and the high quality content and structure of our holistic courses are just some of the reasons that students return again and again to learn with us.

Our courses are insurable, meaning that you can practice professionally after completing them.  They also carry CPD points (Continuous Professional Development), perfect for therapists seeking new and innovative massage techniques.

Which ever course you choose to train in, will be designed to teach you the safe techniques for each  therapy with all the theory required for the level you are studying, contained within a comprehensive course book. You will learn all you need to know under close and constant supervision. This will ensure that, once qualified, you will practice in safe and professional manner and provide a service that is a credit to you and of enormous benefit to your clients.

Course Syllabus

Your training begin with an informal but important run-through of your course notes before you start your training, there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions of your tutor on the training day.
